The Jubiliejinis 1934 hard cheese is a result of the craftsmanship of Vilkyškių Pieninė’s masters and 12 months of ripening. As its name suggests, Jubiliejinis 1934 was created for a special occasion eight decades ago, during the interwar period, when the tradition of making of high quality cheese was born in Vilkyškiai. As time went by, this cheese developed to include a bouquet of hazelnut, dried apricot and cream flavours.
Cut into larger pieces, this hard cheese can adorn any cheese platter, and should be served before dessert or as a snack with wine.

Special ripening conditions allow for the growth of the cultured blue mould. Memel Blue has an exceptional structure: a white cheese striated with blue veins. This cheese is an excellent appetizer, and goes well with grapes, olives, melons and nuts.
Memel Blue is ideally paired with wine, or can be used as an ingredient in gourmet salads, sauces, desserts and other meals.

Pippiro is flavoured with jalapeño peppers; Basilis - with basil; Tomator - with sun-dried tomatoes; and Jalatoris - with green jalapeño peppers and sun-dried tomatoes.

This is a soft Maasdam type of cheese with a sweetish flavour and aroma, and is recognisable by its multiple holes which are around the size of a walnut. This gourmet cheese has an exclusive sweet aroma and the flavour of butter and nuts.
Maasdam cheese is perfect for a gourmet table, goes well with wine or salads, and can also be used in a fondue.
